I've never trained before. Can I still start?
Yes. Most people who walk in have never done Jiu-Jitsu. Our beginner classes are built for exactly that, and the community remembers what those first-day nerves feel like.
Is it safe? I don't want to get hurt.
Nobody's going to smash you on your first day. We teach Jiu-Jitsu with a focus on positional control, which helps you train smart, avoid unnecessary injuries, and stay on the mats for the long run. You start with the fundamentals and go at your own pace.
What do I wear to my first class?
Just workout clothes. No uniform required to start. If you stick with it, we'll get you set up with a gi later.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. Your first two classes are free, no strings attached.
How do I cancel if I need to?
Easy. No long-term contract means you're never locked in. Just let us know.
When are classes?
We run 6+ classes a day, mornings and evenings, across Gi and NoGi. Check the schedule for exact times.
Do I need to be in shape first?
No. You get in shape by training. Come as you are and go at your own pace.
Will I have to spar on my first day?
No, and nobody's going to throw you to the wolves. You learn at your own pace and build up to sparring when you're ready. Your first classes are about getting the fundamentals down and having a good time doing it.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes, water, and yourself. Showers and changing rooms are available if you need them.
Am I locked into a contract?
No long-term contracts and no hidden fees. Adult membership is $189/month.
How often should I train?
As often as you like. We run 6+ classes a day across Gi and NoGi, so you can build a schedule that fits your life.
