Do I need experience to join Adult Group Classes?
No experience needed. Adult Group Classes welcome beginners on their first day through students actively preparing for competition, with coaching that fits wherever you're starting from.
How is this different from Small Groups or Competition classes?
Adult Group Classes are our core, standard-sized classes for every level. Small Groups offers more individual attention in a smaller setting, and Competition classes are geared toward students actively training to compete.
What's the difference between Gi and No-Gi?
Gi classes train with the traditional uniform and grip-based techniques, while No-Gi focuses on speed and scrambles without the jacket. Both are part of our core Adult Group Classes program.
