Are there Jiu Jitsu classes for kids ages 3-12 in North Austin?
Yes! Our Kids Program is available to ages 3–12, with classes grouped by age for tiny kids, little kids, and big kids. We're located near Northcross Drive for your convenience.
Is competition required for kids?
Competition is optional. We offer both recreational and competition-focused tracks, so your child can train at their own pace.
How do you group kids in classes?
Kids are grouped by developmental stage: 3–5, 6–8, and 8–12, ensuring safety, fun, and optimal learning for everyone.
What should my child wear and bring?
Comfortable workout clothes and a water bottle—no uniform needed to start! If you continue, we'll help you get set up with a gi.
